Greetings!
Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord (Luke 2:11)
Greetings! As we celebrate this joyful Christmas, I pray that the love and grace of the Lord—who did not withhold His only begotten Son—will fill the whole earth, and that the light of salvation will shine even more brightly upon this world. We are deeply grateful for your prayers and love for our family and our church. Because of your support, we desire even more to love, obey, and faithfully follow the way of the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ.
In the year of 2025, our church prayed that we would diligently study, understand, and obey the Word of God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, so that we might bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit. By God’s mercy, grace, love, and protection, our church has worked to be more deeply rooted in the Word. Through Isaiah, the Gospel of Mark, the Psalms, Colossians, the covenant series, and Job, we have sought to strengthen our faith and hope in the eternal kingdom of heaven that does not perish or fade.
We also celebrated a wedding in our church. We pray that the couple will continue to love one another and be diligent in loving God and their neighbors. Our children are all walking their journeys of faith, raising their families and carrying out their work under the Lord’s grace, love, and protection. And we continue to pray that God will send to our church more souls who are hungry to know His Word.
As we look toward the coming new year, we pray that our church will be captivated by God’s Word and continually feed on the flesh and blood of Jesus. Since we have been redeemed by the blood of Christ, we pray that we may look toward the hope of the kingdom of heaven in a manner worthy of that redemption. We also pray that by the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, God will open the eyes and ears of our hearts so that we may know the hope of our calling, the riches of the glorious inheritance in heaven, and His incomparably great power.
In the coming year of 2026, we pray that our church will learn, understand, and obey God’s perfect will and mysteries through the truth of God’s Word, including 1 John.
Once again, thank you for your prayers and love. We pray that God’s grace, mercy, peace, and compassion will always be with your family and overflow in abundance.
In the Lord,
David Lee
